There are many different counselors, each with their own approach. I would classify mine as Deep, Direct, and Productive. It is not my intent that counseling should be forever. Taking what you learn and applying it to your life, independently, is the goal.
Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic methods are used interchangeably. Understanding the mind and how the body reacts are key to gaining the power of mindfulness.
Deep Trauma therapy is also a helpful tool to understanding patterns of behavior and embracing the roots of our experiences. I use a collaborative approach that is unique to the individual or family dynamics. Each session is fluid and unique to itself.
Reunification
Sometimes families need a little help getting back on track. In separations, divorces, or through unforseen life events; reunification can assist restoring connection and process difficult conflict.
Reunification is a multi-level approach to unite family units that need professional assistance to process traumatic events, as a whole and individually.
Restoration is the goal, and it can be achieved.

To become Whole...
Deep: To go to the very bottom (To gut you).
Direct: To the point…no bs.
Productive: You will learn tools the first day of session.
Even though listening is a big part of therapy, I am a firm-believer in action. My approach can seem as a fusion of Life Coaching and Therapeutic Modalities. In my experience, this is a dynamic method for healing. Counseling shouldn’t be stale. It should be a moving escalation towards healing.
Finally….Encouraging support with grace. Grace is a beautiful thing we all need…
